PRIVACY & SECURITY POLICY
International Playground respects our customers' account information as private and confidential information and will never share this with any outside affiliations or individuals. We may collect personally identifiable information when you visit our site. We also automatically receive and record information on our server logs from your browser including your IP address, cookie information and the page(s) you visited. We use this information to make our shop BETTER! Your information is secured and encrypted with the Secure Socket Layer Software. SSL encrypts all of your personal information, including credit card number, name, and address, so that it cannot be read over the internet.
ORDERS
In order to fulfill your purchase smoothly we require all information on the order form to be filled completely and accurately. All information provided for orders will be used for billing purposes and to fulfill your orders. If we have trouble processing an order, we will use this information to contact you. We do not store your credit card information. All prices include charges for shipping and handling or taxes, if delivered to customers within the United States. For customers outside the United States, additional charges may apply. Your package will be subject to customs/duties charges.
SHIPPING
We use Federal Express for all shipping. Purchased items will be shipped using Fedex within 7 business days of the order, although most will be within 3 to 4. We cannot ship to PO Boxes. Please allow up to 2 weeks for delivery to arrive. If you still have not received your purchase after 2 weeks, please notify International Playground via email (info@internationalplayground.com). Shipping costs are determined by weight, and are displayed prior to submitting your final order. Buyer assumes any and all duties and customs costs for orders shipping outside of the U.S. and will be contacted in advance should additional charges need to be made. International Playground is not responsible for any lost, stolen or damaged shipments. All domestic shipments are insured and the buyer assumes all responsibilities of claims made with shipping carrier.
Credit card authorization and verification must be received prior to processing. Federal Express deliveries occur Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING POLICIES
Please allow 2-3 weeks for delivery. Your shipping charge will vary based on weight and country of destination. Drop-ship items and expedited shipping is not available for International orders. Your package will be subject to customs/duties charges. Fedex and International Playground are not responsible for customs/duties charges. These costs are determined by your local customs office. International Playground cannot determine, in advance, what these fees will be. We do try to minimize these charges by listing the 'wholesale' cost of your package on the commercial invoice rather than the retail value. This provides the customs agents with a true, legal value, while minimizing your costs. We cannot mark International orders as a "gift" or “sample” in order to bypass or reduce any customs fees - this is an illegal practice and as an established business we will not do this. For more information on customs and duties charges, please contact your local customs office.
RETURNS
Merchandise may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of receipt. Returns or exchanges on merchandise can only be made for items that HAVE NOT BEEN WORN, ALTERED OR WASHED, and with ALL tags attached. All returns require AUTHORIZATION from International Playground prior to shipping. Please email info@internationalplayground with the Purchase Order #, Item #, and REASON FOR RETURN/EXCHANGE. International Playground will reply with a return authorization # which must be written on the return box.

How do I make a return / exchange?
Please contact info@internationalplayground.com with reason for return or exchange. After approval, pack and seal the return merchandise and copy of invoice in an appropriate shipping box or envelope, write the RETURN AUTHORIZATION # on the outside of the box, and send back to us using an insured service to the above address. Upon receipt, we will credit back the original credit card used to place the order. Return processing and crediting may take up to 10 days from return receipt, so please be patient.
PRODUCT AVAILABILITY
Although International Playground is dedicated to keeping our online stock levels current, we cannot guarantee product availability. If an order is placed, that cannot be filled within the normal shipping timeframe, the buyer will be contacted via email or phone. We reserve the right, without liability or prior notice, to revise, discontinue, or cease to make available any or all products or to cancel any order.
